Certain design has NO MOQ. Minimum quantities does apply to certain product, design and production method. Share your required quantity with us and we’ll advise what is suitable for your project.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most customised projects require approximately 1–4 weeks after design approval, depending on quantity, complexity and production requirements. For event orders, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

Can you produce a sample before the full order?

Samples or prototypes may be arranged for selected projects before full production. Additional sample charges and lead time may apply depending on the design.

Can individual names be added to each gift?

Yes, selected products can be individually personalised with names, messages, dates or other details. The available method depends on the product and design.

Can you design something from our idea or reference image?

Yes. You can send us a sketch, reference image, logo or simply describe your idea. We can help develop it into a suitable design based on the material, production method and intended use.
