What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

How long does a typical custom project take?
Lead times depend on the project's complexity and our current queue. A simple personalise doorgift might take 3-7 days, while a complex fully custom project with a new mould could take 4-6 weeks. We will always provide a clear timeline in your initial quote.
What is your payment structure?
We typically require a 50% deposit to begin the design and production process, with the remaining 50% due upon your final approval before shipping. For larger projects, alternative payment plans can be arranged.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the order's size and weight, and will be included in your final quote.
